Dr. Enzo Prince, PsyD

Bilingual Florida post-doctoral psychology fellow providing therapy and neuropsychological evaluations for neurodivergent, LGBTQ+, and chronically ill women Specializing in assessment and therapy for ADHD, autism, epilepsy, TBI, anxiety, depression, and trauma in English and French

Hi, I’m Dr. Enzo Prince, PsyD (he/they)!

I’m a bilingual Florida post-doctoral psychology fellow offering neuropsychological and psychological evaluations and therapy for women navigating neurodivergence, LGBTQ+ identities, trauma, depression, anxiety, and chronic illness. Many of my patients seek assessments or therapy, feeling overwhelmed, disconnected from their bodies, or unsure why certain reactions/patterns keep showing up, and wanting to feel calmer and better able to understand themselves.

Mental healthcare should be a place where you can show up exactly as you are. You don’t need to have the right words, a clear goal, or everything figured out before you begin. Together, we’ll explore what you’re experiencing, the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and identify practical ways to move toward the life you want to build.

My approach to both therapy and neuropsychological evaluations is warm, direct, collaborative, and trauma-informed. Whether you’re feeling stressed or disconnected, adjusting to a new diagnosis, or trying to make sense of your experiences, I'll meet you where you are with compassion and respect

You deserve care that honors who you are and how your mind works

Come as you are, and we’ll figure the rest out together

Your whole self is welcome here. I specialize in helping women whose experiences may be shaped by neurodivergence, chronic illness, trauma, gender identity, sexual orientation, cultural identity, and other marginalized experiences. I’ll help you deepen your understanding of yourself and identify tools that support your goals and daily functioning.

Neuropsychological and psychological evaluations and therapy aren’t about forcing yourself to fit someone else’s idea of wellness or a diagnostic box. It’s about understanding your unique identity, strengths, and experiences, while finding strategies that work best for you.

Together, we may explore:

  • Patterns contributing to anxiety, stress, burnout, or depression

  • The results of your neuropsychological or psychological evaluations

  • The impact of ADHD, autism, epilepsy, TBI, or cognitive differences on daily life

  • Trauma responses and how they show up in relationships and self-perception

  • Identity, gender, and sexuality

  • Navigating life transitions, diagnoses, or changing circumstances

  • Practical skills that support emotional regulation, communication, and self-understanding

Over time, many patients begin to feel more grounded, confident in themselves, and better equipped to navigate stressors in ways that align with their needs and values.

Understanding yourself creates more possibilities for change

I provide strengths-based neuropsychological and psychological evaluations for:

  • Anxiety

  • ADHD

  • Autism

  • Depression

Anxiety

Constant anxiety makes it difficult to rest, feel present, and trust yourself. Here, you’ll have support to explore the thoughts, experiences, and patterns that contribute to anxiety. We’ll build practical tools that take into account your unique experiences as a woman and help you manage stress and feel more grounded.

Chronic health conditions and neurocognitive concerns

Living with epilepsy, traumatic brain injury (TBI), cognitive changes, chronic illness, or other neurological conditions can affect every aspect of life, especially for women who are also expected to becaretakers. I’ll help you navigate health challenges by connecting with your strengths and building tools and accommodations that support your overall well-being.

Depression

Depression can affect motivation, relationships, energy, and your connection with yourself. Therapy offers space to understand what you're carrying, process difficult emotions, and develop strategies that help you move forward with greater self-compassion.

LGBTQ+ affirming therapy

As a trans and queer therapist, I understand many of the complexities that can come with exploring identity, navigating relationships, and moving through systems that aren’t always designed to support us. I create a therapeutic space that honors and centers your identity, lived experience, wisdom, and unique perspectives.

  • Diagnostic clarification

  • Cognitive concerns

  • Traumatic brain injury

I offer affirming, trauma-informed therapy in English and French for:

Neurodivergence

As a neurodivergent therapist, I love providing neurodiversity-affirming therapy for women that recognizes there is no single “right” way for a brain to function. Together, we’ll identify strategies that support your needs while helping you better understand how your brain works and how to build a life that feels sustainable.

Polyamory and kink/BDSM affirming care

I provide affirming, nonjudgmental support for women and gender-diverse individuals in consensual non-monogamous relationships and kink communities. Therapy can be a place to explore relationships, communication, identity, and personal growth without needing to educate your therapist.

Trauma

Trauma can shape how you relate to yourself, your body, and other people. Our work will focus on creating safety within yourself, understanding the impact of past experiences, and developing tools that help you feel more present and connected in your daily life.

List of therapies I offer:

  • Anti-oppressive practices

  • Neuropsychological and psychological evaluations

What is it like to work with me?

My therapeutic style is warm, compassionate, direct, and dynamic. I approach treatment in a culturally responsive, trauma-informed, and patient-centered way. Instead of following a one-size-fits-all approach, I adapt neuropsychological evaluations and therapy to your identity, goals, strengths, and needs. Some people benefit from structured strategies and between-session exercises, while others need space for reflection and processing. Together, we'll find what works best for you.

As someone who is trans, queer, neurodivergent, and an immigrant, I understand how identity, culture, systems, and environment can shape mental health and well-being. My goal is to create a space where you feel understood, respected, and supported as you work toward meaningful change.

Create a life for yourself that feels fulfilling and true to who you are

Want to learn more about me?

The person….

I was born in France and moved to the United States in 2010. Growing up as a queer individual with family spread across multiple countries exposed me to different cultures, subcultures, languages, and perspectives from an early age. Those experiences sparked a lifelong curiosity about identity, belonging, and the ways our environments shape how we experience ourselves and the world around us. This led me to a career in Neuropsychology, which wove together my interests in psychology, biology, and neuroscience.

As a trans, queer, and neurodivergent therapist, my own experiences navigating identity have given me a deep appreciation for the complexity of human experiences and the importance of having spaces where people can show up authentically.

Outside of work, I spend as much time outdoors as possible. I enjoy backpacking, hiking, camping, skiing, mountain biking, and exploring nature with my Border Collie. I also enjoy cooking and working on creative projects, including making chainmail jewelry and creating homemade salves and lotions.

My professional training began with a curiosity for understanding the human brain and the ways cognitive differences influence our daily lives. During graduate school, I focused heavily on neuropsychology and assessment, working with individuals experiencing ADHD, autism, epilepsy, traumatic brain injury, dementia, and other conditions that affect cognitive functioning.

What drew me to this work was seeing the relief and clarity that comes from understanding how your brain works. Many people arrive feeling frustrated, confused, or stuck, and I love helping them better understand themselves and identify ways to support their unique needs.

Alongside my neuropsychology training, I developed a strong passion for therapy and helping women navigate the emotional, relational, and systemic challenges that often accompany neurodivergence, chronic illness, and marginalized identities.

Today, my work as a Florida post-doctoral psychology fellow combines these interests by helping women learn about themselves while building tools that support meaningful, sustainable change.
